Halfway through a long distance trip, unbeknownst to us a piece of truck tire hit our ac & knocked it out. At the Meineke at 4700 Elmore Rd in Davenport, the owner/manager, Frank, got our car in on a very busy day. With his employees ( Ethan et. al.) the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, saving us from being stranded in the middle of the trip with no ac, and we were on our way before noon. The waiting area was cool, comfortable and clean. The cost was very fair, and the service was outstanding. We are grateful for such pleasant and excellent service.~Jean & Dave

I initially got a quote to get my AC serviced at the local Honda dealer (hoping to benefit from an extended warranty), their quote was quite high! I took it to Meineke for a second opinion, Frank and his team gave me an assessment which corroborated what Honda had set (warranty did not apply) but for a much more attractive price. They kept me informed on the progress and unforeseen additional repairs, we were very pleased with the results and communication throughout. The repairs were expensive but they came with extended warranty.

This Meineke location is hands down the best in the QCA, in my opinion. We have taken our vehicles here for well over 5 years now. I have free towing with roadside assistance and I paid an extra $40 just to have our car towed here because that’s how much we trust them with our family vehicle. They have always been incredibly quick and easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and while they will recommend normal maintenance items they never feel pushy to upsell you anything. They have a job and they do it. Good, real, people.

I recently had my car’s suspension repaired at Meineke, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, professional, and transparent about the work that needed to be done. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my suspension and gave me a clear, fair estimate before starting. The repair itself was completed quickly, and my car now drives like new—smooth, stable, and quiet. I really appreciated the team’s honesty and attention to detail; they even checked a few other components and let me know what looked good without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s great to find a shop you can trust. I’ll definitely be returning to Meineke for future maintenance and recommending them to friends and family!

Frank and his team do great work. The process is seamless, they go above and beyond but don't try to pressure you into things. They're fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back for regular maintenance.
